What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

we try to be very competitive with our prices we might be a little higher then many companies because we carry work comp insurance and liability insurance.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

we asked the customer what are there expectations, what do they want done. is there a specific way they want it to be done, we ask if they have a budget and if they have ever had a cleaning company before and why they are deciding to change.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

we have been trained for many years from working in the fire and restoration industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

working in the fire and restoration industry for over 17 years has really helped us with detailed cleaning

What types of customers have you worked with?

we have worked with many customers some that were going through hards times, or that have been though traumatic times.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

we had a reality company contact us for a last minute cleaning for a 3200 hundred square foot house they needed it cleaned the same day as the closing very last minute but we were able to squeeze them into the schedule right away in the morning of the closing we had it cleaned in 3.5 hours to get it done customer was happy their clients were happy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

make sure you asked for proof of insurance so you know they are fully covered incase something happens.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

number one question a customer should ask them selves is do i want quality or quantity do i want to go with a company that is going to do it right the first time. do I want a weekly cleaning service or bi-weekly cleaning do I want a general cleaning or deep cleaning.
