Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We believe in creating long-lasting relationships between our company, our cleaners, and our customers. By creating a proposal that reflects the job requirements and using a fair estimate of the time required to complete those requirements we create a situation in which our customers are exceptionally happy with their service and service provider for years.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We like to visit each prospective customer to understand exactly the level of service they are looking for and to accurately create our proposal.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
All of our service providers have been vetted, trained, and have access to the latest education and methods related to janitorial services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We never expected to be doing this, the founders background is in a tech company that grew tremendously in which they learned that you can only progress as far as the people who work in the company will take you. Ask us and we'll tell you the whole story.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with Fortune 500 companies down to small single person offices. We match our crew to the job and can handle any type of customer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We are most proud of the customers that have been with us over 10 years. In an industry where turnover is high and customer satisfaction is fleeting, we have maintained the majority of our customers for many years by providing consistent quality of service and responsive reaction when things go astray.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
1. Define what you want well. 2. Understand how long it will take to get that level of detail. 3. Make sure you are creating a situation that will last - nothing is free and underestimating the cost will only result in a sub-par job in the long run. 4. Make sure your vendor is responsive. Cleaners are human, not robots. They have off days and the key to long term success is working w a vendor that treats their cleaners well and responds when needed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
1. Ask them how often they will come on-site to check on the quality of work? 2. How long have they been in business / are they insured?
