Introduction

We're a small company and we strive for excellence in customer service. We want to do the type of work that everyone can trust. We currently offer several services not available anywhere else in the area. For instance we use multiple carpet cleaning techniques including VLM. In many cases were able to leave carpets completely dry after cleaning. Small conveniences such as this help us provide superior service. Let us know how we can make your next service the best you've ever had! Our work is all about transformations. When we leave your home or office and it looks new again, or it's ready to sell, that's what we get out of our jobs. When we can look back and say, I did that....I worked on that project. That is the best reward.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Prices do vary depending on the work. Even with carpet cleaning there is no one size fits all. We strive to find solutions that fit the clients needs and budget. For instance some carpets may have stains that other cleaners have not removed in the past. We generally can remove these if it fits the budget or we can perform a simpler cleaning and provide a less costly service. This depends on each individual client.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
New clients are welcome, for large projects please contact us with as much notice as possible. We do have same day service in many cases. Either way were happy to have you and hope to provide years of quality service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
As the owner, I've received a bachelors in business management where I also studied chemistry and economics. Chemistry in particular is useful in understanding the reactions that take place when cleaning. Each of us has received both on the job and sit down training to help us better our services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Our business started as a love of residential structures. In the back woods of Wyoming, one of the most essential features of a home is the wood stove. Cleaning, maintaining and renovating wood stoves is very enjoyable and important for the whole house. But, as we moved to Idaho, they were much less present. Over the years other areas of the home have become our main focus and we have expanded our horizons to commercial work as well. Often times when cleaning the inside of a stove your work goes unnoticed because its out of sight. Those items that are unseen are often the most important. Creosote residue left unchecked can lead to house fires. We found ourselves striving to do better work because providing an excellent service was reward enough in itself. Today much of our work is visible to everyone and we find pride in excellence as much as ever.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We are a small company and pride ourselves on working with locals. Were glad to have known many business and home owners in this area. We appreciate all your support and hope to provide excellent service for years to come.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently prepared a very large home to be sold. The home had been smoked in and pet stains were abundant. We brought in the crew to clean and remove stains on the walls, deep clean the kitchen and bathrooms. We then cleaned the carpets and used proprietary techniques to remove smoke smell from the home. The end result was about two and a half days of work. The home sold within one week. We could not have been more proud of our work!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The best advice for hiring is recognizing what needs are most important. If your looking for a carpet cleaner, which special requirements are most important to you: safe chemicals for pets, removing odor, quick turn around, etc. Then communicate these requirements to your service provider. If they specialize in and have solutions for your specific needs, they will be a good fit. Often times we see hiring managers searching for building maintenance and sanitation experts only to find that their choice didn't have the ability to perform a key function. Setting the standard clear will give service providers the opportunity to fulfill all your needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Time frame and budget are often the most crucial. However, take time to determine your exact needs and communicate these to the service provider. Also communicate what needs you would rather the provider not address.
