We go above and beyond for our clients! Our goal with cleaning and organizing in any space is to help our clients feel more relaxed and at-ease in their home, office or vacation property. We use as many plant-based, non-toxic cleaning compounds as possible as well as specialty products for surfaces such as stainless steel, glass and hardwoods. We leave your space Emaculately Clean! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We base our rates on the job and how long the project takes to complete. After developing a relationship with our clients we often agree upon a flat rate for each cleaning.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet our clients face-to-face first and take a look at the project before being hired. Once both parties feel comfortable, we schedule the time to complete the necessary work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an excellent track record with my current clients as well as professional training from working at several luxury inns. I also have a college degree in business and I love working with my clients and my small, but tight-knit cleaning team.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began cleaning luxury hotels before and during college (around 12 years ago). I've always had a knack for cleaning and an eye for detail, so cleaning professionally came naturally to me. I started working with a few clients at first and until now have relied on word of mouth marketing. I have added to my team and wish to continue to grow my business.

I have clients that range from private homes to vacation properties and offices.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We help some of our clients manage their vacation properties. Sometimes there are days when one set of guests are checking out and another set checking in. I am always super proud of our team when we have the property sparkling clean and ready for the next guests. With our largest of these homes, we only have a 4 hour window to change all of the linens and clean a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home with a hot tub. We rock it out every time and it feels great to leave it ready for guests to enjoy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always meet and greet before agreeing to pay someone, feeling comfortable is important!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We always like to find out if there are details that mean a lot to you. Each person has things they are particular about and anyone you hire should be happy to meet your needs.
