We prefer to set a fee based on the project, rather than hourly, but are willing to discuss an hourly rate in some instances.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We chat to get an idea of what cleaning services you need and explain what we include in a deep clean or general clean. We find out specifics, such as size, to give you the best estimate, preferably in person but this could be via phone or email initially.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have extensive on-the-job training from supervisors and learning through experiences, and also have completed a professional training course for owning/operating a cleaning business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are aware of what your personal needs are and aren't just popping in to check off a list and complete the hours they were hired for. Find someone who knows how to establish a rapport with you (the client) and make you feel important--that you aren't just a paycheck but rather a person who needed to have a service performed, and done well!
