What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

TopTier prices are fair, and it reflects the total estimated cost of the full project including, equipment, products, labor, insurance, gas and travel time. We want everyone involved to get a fair shake and a great experience working with our brand.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

On Thumbtack you can auto schedule an appointment on the Calander offered in any available slot! You can also choose us as a direct lead and send an email and we will respond within 24hrs (usually within an hour). You also have the option to call my direct line to discuss the details of the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have two teams of cleaners. Three lead cleaners with more than 20 years' experience. All other employees have been trained for the TopTier way of cleaning. YouTube TopTier Cleaning: Coming soon! Please see the pictures we have offered on this site as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Because we have so much experience/skills in the field we wanted to offer our own quality teams. Due to Covid-19 and issues of cleanliness, our mission is to make our environment safer one service at a time!! We provide a benchmark for public health practice improvements.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners: Residents and Airbnb, Business Managers/Commercial-museum and New Construction, Deep Cleaning/Spring Cleaning, Deacons/Church and Manager for Janitorial services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a sanitizing job for Macedonia Baptist Church in Cape May, NJ. This project took two days, and the customer was very satisfied with the services.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are insured, discuss the products they use, experience of the workers and how dependable they are.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have a good idea of the scope of the work you need done, do your research and hire people you connect with.
