What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After the quote, i come and view the upcoming project go over the details & specifics with the client. After establishing their exact wants we go over the future services to be rendered from top to bottom. Once they've expressed their concerns & desires we make sure that they receive their request fully & we don't leave until they Sparkle!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 10 years of hand on experience in the profession.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was brought up in a family business that serviced Carpet cleaning and building beautification for over 20+ years!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with every type of customer from high end luxury buildings to commercial properties. Government facilities to the regular residential client. They all are equally important to us here at Sparkle.
