I start by listening carefully to the client’s needs. Then I give a quote, explain exactly what’s included, and schedule the service. I always confirm the appointment and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have hands-on experience in residential and commercial cleaning, including move-in/move-out and post-construction cleaning. I’ve also completed sanitation and safety training for cleaning services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started cleaning professionally because I truly enjoy creating a fresh and peaceful environment for people. I’ve always been detail-oriented and I love helping others feel comfortable and stress-free in their homes.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with a variety of clients including busy families with kids, elderly customers who need extra care, and professionals who simply don’t have time to clean. I’ve also helped real estate agents with move-in/move-out cleanings and landlords preparing properties. Every client is unique, and I always take time to understand exactly what they need — my goal is to make their life easier and their space sparkling clean.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my favorite projects was a deep cleaning for a family who had just moved into a new home. The kitchen and bathrooms were heavily stained, but we made them shine again in less than 5 hours. The client was thrilled and left a big tip!
