What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We prefer to do our estimates in person, because every person's needs are different. We do not charge for estimates. We give discounts based on how frequent the cleanings are (weekly, biweekly, etc).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to do We typically start with an inital deep clean to start on a clean slate, and then work out a regular cleaning schedule afterwards.

We have been working in the industry for 10 years, but have been working on our own for 2 years.

We have worked with a lot of different customers, however most of our clients tend to be retired and in need of extra assistance to take care of their home.

I would advise them that the quality of the services provided often directly correlate with the price.
