We keep our pricing straightforward and competitive. Our base rates are based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning needed (Standard, Deep, or Move-In/Out). There are no hidden fees, and we offer discounts for recurring cleans and referrals. You’ll always know what to expect before we start. PLUS we offer a 24 hour Satisfaction Guarantee! If it's not exactly right - we are on our way back to make it better.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a quick call or online form to understand your needs. From there, we match you with one of our trained cleaners, confirm the date/time, and send over a checklist of what to expect. We stay in communication before, during, and after the clean to ensure everything meets your standards.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our cleaners go through structured hands-on training focused on cleaning technique, attention to detail, customer service, and safety. We also provide a professional cleaning kit with every team member to ensure consistency and quality across all jobs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started Clean Bro to raise the standard in residential cleaning—bringing professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic to an industry that’s often hit-or-miss. Our founder came from a background in leadership and project management and saw a chance to build something different by investing in people and process.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We serve a wide range—from busy professionals and parents to real estate agents and Airbnb hosts. Whether it’s a one-time deep clean, move-out job, or ongoing weekly service, we’ve done it all.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently helped a family prepare their home for sale with a full Move-Out Clean. It was a 3,000 sq. ft. house that took two cleaners about 7 hours. The realtor said it looked better than when they first bought it—which is exactly the type of result we aim for.
