Luminary prices for our residential cleaning customers are based on the size of your home, the type of cleaning you are looking for, and the amount of time it could possibly take to complete. Most of our jobs include 2 or more cleaners with the exception of our re-occurring clients. Our power washing services for residential homes are based on square footage. We typically charge .25 per square footage. We also offer specialty stain removal. We strongly recommend you request a consultation to ensure fair pricing between both parties. One story home: Starting at $200.00 Two story homes: Starting at $300.00 Large patios or driveways: Starting at $100.00 for patios and $125.00 for driveways Small patios: Starting at $80.00
