What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I provide fixed pricing so that there is no worry about having sudden price changes. The more frequent you have your home cleaned, the larger the discount per visit. Have a custom request? No problem!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Select what kind of cleaning you need (I.e. deep cleaning, move out cleaning etc) 2. What areas of your home do you need or want done? 3. How many bedrooms and bathrooms need cleaned? 4. Send pictures or a video of your home for the most accurate price. 5. Have questions? Let me know!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a degree in accounting and use it for the admin side of my business. I have cleaned homes long before I started this business in 2019.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started cleaning in 2019 with a desire to help people with their home when they need it. It continues today and the desire is still as strong as ever!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked for realty specialists, homeowners and renters and friends needing help with their homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I helped someone clean their home after hosting an exchange student. She had recently gotten divorced and really needed help getting her home in order. The project took about a day’s work and she was so grateful I could help so soon. I feel so glad that I could be there to step in and help!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who you feel comfortable with coming into your home, someone who also has good reviews.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

-What areas are the top priority? -Is this a one-time clean or recurring? (There is a discount for recurring!) -Are there places that need special attention? -Don’t be afraid to ask questions. The more the better for a more accurate price and expectations.
