What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My price includes deep cleaning dusting, cleaning baseboards, ceiling fans, interior windows, cleaning kitchen, cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, vaccum on all floors and carpets and mopping

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to listen to the needs of the client and to show me the house and give me instructions on any special requirements.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 6 years of experience doing this job. I have worked in a housekeeping hotel and also in a cleaning company for more than 6 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working in a housekeeping hotel, then I worked for 6 years with a friend and I had much more experience cleaning houses and offices. After all this journey I believed in myself and I ventured to have my own business

I have worked with many people, old people, doctors, nurses, lawyers and anyone in general who needs my services

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My last project was cleaning a house for an older man. The house was more than dirty, it was very messy, I had to order and organize his house to be able to clean it. This work took me 4 hours, the experience was nice to see my client happy. I know it was worth it

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice is to make an appointment so that a professional can come to see your house and give a better estimate

Personally, I think that the client should make a list of what he needs, for example. Ask what the cleaning price includes? If this includes change of sheets? clean all surfaces? what kind of chemicals do you use? If you need oven and refrigerator cleaning if it is extra or included in the cleaning?
