What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based on scope of work - Maintenance or Deep cleaning. Maintenance is flat rated when deep clean is hourly. Maintenance- $135 - $180 Deep Cleaning - $50 an hour Hoarding - $80 an hour Commercial- 180 starting We provide all supplies and equipment needed to complete the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We’ll set up a walkthrough and go over each area and I’ll get to know what kind of cleaning you desire and together we’ll set up a plan that works best for both of us.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My mom started a cleaning business back in 2016 and after strong encouragement I took the steps to open my own business in 2022. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made and in 2024 I asked my husband to quit his job and help my business grow and now we have multiple clients and several employees.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with towns, police stations, law offices, doctors, celebrities.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I provide free cleanings to people who have cancer or mobility issues/ special needs or families with DCF involved - I’ll go in and provide one full day of deep cleaning and replace items with my own money so the family can continue keeping their home clean and not stress.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t be afraid to ask for registration and insurance to be shown on site. If someone can’t provide it, find a cleaner that will! Keep your home safe.
