What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is sales tax free, and transparent. We utilize a 3 package pricing system that allows you flexibility depending on what level of cleaning you want in your home/property. We'll help you get this done in minutes!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Roll out the red carpet! It's really easy, once you choose your package, we'll set a date to arrive and start the cleaning. We arrive on-time, every time - take care of your home as if it were our own, and once we're done, we send you a really easy to navigate invoice for payment!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The owner of Wonderboy comes from a decade in home service through Property Restoration & Carpet Cleaning. Cleaning has always been the name of the game!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Wonderboy was founded to bring back that old fashion service that doesn't exist anymore today.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with residential and storefront customers thus far, but plan on expanding to commercial clientele as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just did a 3-story lake house in Lake Stevens with wall to wall accordion windows. It turned out beautiful! The customers left 5-star reviews on all of our platforms, and set up a recurring cleaning bi-annually.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If they don't have a great looking brand and uniforms, they may not have the same pride in their work. You should want to work with a brand that invests in themselves to be top notch.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do I have anything impeding the ability to clean any of my windows, inside or out? Are any of my windows damaged already (seal issues, fogging in the double pane, etc.)? What can Wonderboy do to make this a 5-star experience?
