What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we listen to your specific needs and ask questions to understand your priorities. Then, we provide a clear estimate. On cleaning day, we arrive on time, well-equipped, and ready to deliver quality. After the job, we check in to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We’ve taken several courses in sanitation and hygiene best practices, especially for vacation rental turnovers. But most importantly, our team has real-world experience handling all types of homes — from move-out cleanings to maintaining high-end Airbnbs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our family has been working in residential and commercial cleaning for over 4 years. We started with a passion for helping people feel comfortable in clean and organized spaces. Over time, we developed a professional system that delivers high-quality results.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with a variety of customers, including families, real estate agents, Airbnb hosts, property managers, and busy professionals. Whether it’s a one-time deep cleaning or ongoing maintenance, we always adapt to meet each client’s specific needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our favorite recent projects was a deep cleaning for an Airbnb host in Bellevue. The property had not been cleaned thoroughly in a while, and we restored the space beautifully in about 5 hours. The client was extremely happy and now books us regularly after each guest checkout.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
