We do a lot of residential and commercial roof cleaning, windows cleaning and pressure washing. we do janitorial services as well. office cleaning. we clean school, restaurant, church etc ...

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

our price is really good. we always do our best to match your budget. We are not the lowest and the highest but we try to be in the middle. All first time customers have a discount .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All my new customers have a discount. The discount applies for all first time customers and I started to explain them the process and how we are going to do the work . And I always give them time to ask me any questions they want.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have training in everything that I do. Roof cleaning and repair, gutters cleaning and repairs. And I’ve been doing it for many years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a beginner in a company while I was going to school at the same time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a lot of different customers , all type. No matter what customers that I work for, I always do my best to satisfy them. That’s my priority. My customers love me because they can call me anytime if there’s an issue and I will be back to address the issue for no cost.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I’ve cleaned a tile roof and gutters of a 3000 sqf house in one day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Communication is the key, I recommend to ask questions about any concerns that you have before hiring.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would say, if you can ask for references. And ask about the warranty.
