Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We can work with your insurance directly. There is a price list given upfront if paying by credit card. We are always fair on our pricing and will work with your insurance directly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We are friendly no pressure water damage emergency service. We go through the drying process, water removal and costs - all discussed upfront. Every job is slightly different and we make sure the customer understands the scope of work fully.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Our technicians have years of experience with water damage clean up and dry out. We are all current IICRC certified with special training in water damage restoration. We also hold a CSLB license that a lot of companies don't carry, issued by Contractors State License Board.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We originally started with carpet cleaning in the 1990's and saw that there was a demand for water damage emergency clean up. We moved from carpet to water damage since we enjoy helping people in time of need.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We worked with people that needed help with small upstairs/downstairs leak in a condo to large commercial projects with huge flooded areas. Most of our customers are your typical homeowners that call us every time they need water damage services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We worked with an ice cream parlor recently. The water damage project took about two weeks to complete. Not only did we have a beautiful view of the Pacific and but these wonderful people treated our staff to the most delicious ice cream daily.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for someone licensed and knows their craft. Also, be aware that you can not wait with water damage clean up or drying. We see awful mold issues Daily when the work is not done immediately. Mold is not only toxic but a lot more expensive to remove if the water damage project is not done correctly.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
If I have standing water or moisture in parts of my home, can you come out today? Do you have drying equipment like air movers and dehumidifiers? Are you licensed and insured? Can you help me move my things out of the way for clean up and dry out? Are you able to come out at night or weekends?
