Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is based on volume and includes one hour of cleaning, preparation, etc. included. Our dumpsters are approximately 15 cubic yards, or about the size of 6 pickup trucks. Our truck is larger than most of our competition, meaning we can remove more, for less money. And, in fewer trips, which saves you time. We offer free, no obligation estimates and also provide 20% discounts for Veterans and First Responders.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
It's super easy! Give us a call, we can discuss the specifics of your job and then schedule a free in-person estimate. No pressure, no hidden fees, no obligation at all.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We train our employees on safe driving, which is our highest risk activity. We also train on proper loading techniques, load securement, etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Our owner is an Army Veteran and no stranger to hard work. After 15 years managing industrial construction, he got sick of the corporate grind and decided to purchase a roll-off truck.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Residential, Commercial, Government and Non-Profits. We'll work with anyone!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently removed a hot tub for a non-profit - it took about 5 hours from start to finish. We had to cut it apart to get it through a gated/fenced in yard, without damaging anything.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
We'd recommend you get an in-person quote. Junk Removal isn't super technical, but a lot of people offer this service and don't necessarily understand the costs involved. Chances are prices offered over the phone, site unseen will be low-ball offers, subject to change. Would also recommend you work with someone that has appropriate licenses and insurance. We carry General Liability, Workers Comp, Auto Policies and also have a USDOT number for our trucks. We also carry Business Licenses and Hauling/Trash licenses.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Always clarify scope, and any expectations you might have. We are here to make you happy, so if you are looking for something specific, would like your job done a certain way, just let us know.
