WRT (water), FSRT (fire/smoke), AMRT (mold), and CCT (Carpet Cleaning) certifications from IICRC ensure that you receive a certified professional to mitigate, remediate, clean, and make your home safe again. Restoration 1 of Northern Colorado enjoys giving our customers the peace of mind and support needed to manage one of the most trying times of their lives. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Any Water, Fire, Smoke, or Mold remediation job which is an insurance claim has set prices through Xactimate. If you as The Client makes an insurance claim, you are only responsible for the Deductible. If the Client is not making an insurance claim, the pricing is more flexible. Carpet Cleaning services are usually invoiced per room. Dryer Vent Cleaning is a flat fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Collaboration. Restoration 1 of Northern Colorado finds the most effective way to complete any job is through communication and collaboration with all parties involved - the Client, the Insurance Agent, and the Insurance Adjuster.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 2016, the building I was living in caught fire. I experienced how difficult and life changing a water damage or fire damage incident can be. The first desire of Restoration 1 of Northern Colorado is to give the solace and support each Client needs to get through such a situation. We are proud to keep customer service at the top of our priority list.
