We give a free no obligation quote prior to starting the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our pricing is based on the amount of space your items take up in our truck. Our trucks are 8 feet wide, 10 feet long, and 5 feet high. That is equivalent to six pickup truck loads.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in the customer service business since 2001.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We actually have been operating a mobile document destruction company for almost 20 years and noticed the need for removal of other materials that our current clients were looking to get rid of.

Residential and Commercial

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently broke down and removed a large swing set for a client and it only took about 2 hours total to cut up and take away.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you ask around for recommendations from friends and family or colleagues. That always helps when deciding on any contractor.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Just be honest regarding what you are trying to accomplish at your site. It is always better to be up front so there are no surprises when someone comes to your location to remove material.
