What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Unless I’m in a raw area,protection is a part of my price. I’m providing a service that goes beyond demolition. This is what makes me a professional.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I normally prefer to meet face to face and explain what equipment I will use. I go over the process I will follow and try to find a solution that will make the job as convenient as possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have twenty two years of construction experience in a variety trades. I have ran large jobs to small. I know how things are build so I know how to take them apart efficiently and safely without affecting the surroundings environment.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began in construction them moved into demolition, where I’ve been managed large jobs for ten years before going on my own.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently got a job cutting and removing concrete for new drainage pipes throughout an apartment building. There is issues with the old system, must tenants are elderly people. They’re always excited to see the progress. I’m still working there due to different phases.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice is to meet with everyone and go through the process and learn each step so they can fully understand what they are getting.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should get to know their pro’s process. Doing the job is one thing a price may seem great until you have to hire a cleaning crew or clean up after work. A customer should know what will be done to protect the surroundings because you don’t want take out a wall and have to replace floors and so on. Know exactly what your paying for.
