What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every job is different. On site inspections are scheduled with the clients to see the full extent of the issues. Estimates are provided at no cost for the services requested.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will meet at the property to inspect and get to know the needs to of the client and the project at hand. We work to provide a path for repairing the property to meet the needs and wants of the client. Once we inspect and written estimate outlining the scope of work is sent over for review. Once scope and cost of services are agreed to, then the project will begin. Depending on the project, work may start immediately or can be scheduled to fit the schedules of the client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

10 years in the industry at all levels of the job. Currently hold national IICRC certifications as well as State of Florida license for mold remediation, EPA lead renovation and repair certification, and State certified general contractor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Start many years ago when looking for a career change. Found this line of work to be constantly changing with every job present unique needs and difficulties providing challenges to keep things interesting.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers, from residential to commercial. Private residences, condos, apartments, office buildings, schools, hospitals, and more.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the provider has proper licenses and certifications. Mold remediation does require a state license. Validate insurance as well.
