Introduction

Please read: We offer free estimates for onsite reviews within 25 miles or 30 minutes in any direction from our location - Lake Nona. We will charge a travel fee outside of this area. Typically we are able to provide an estimate virtually with photos and dimensions of your project. We pride ourselves on being a One Stop Shop for our clients and their real estate needs, and we've provide excellent customer service since 2016! We focus on real estate - renovation and demolition - including residential and light commercial in a quick, easy, and cost efficient manner, but we don't stop there.... we also provide hauling - residential or commercial, from junk, dirt, concrete, to construction debris. We can take on many mundane tasks our clients just don't want to! You call and we haul with a smile! We are new to Google but we are not new to this industry! Check out our social media page and website for more details of our current and past projects.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
If you provide an accurate account of the work you need done, we can quote your job appropriately. Please provide pictures. Depending on the job, we may require you pay dump fees. If you are willing to complete your review while we are still on your property, you can receive an instant discount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We love new customers, and repeat customers. Depending on the scope of the work, we will give you a call to discuss your job. We will try our best to quote a firm price or a range if the scope of work isn't as clear. We are prompt on the job and communicate by text or phone. Each driver will greet the customer, provide great service and request a review at the end of the job. We hope we deserve your repeat business.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Hartfield Complete Services does exactly what the name implies. We provide demolition to residential homes, renovation, interior decorating, junk and hauling. We have an extensive network and if the job can't be completed by us, we help find someone who can. We take pride in our work so all of our contractors are licensed or have taken the necessary training for the scope of work assigned to them. We have licensed General Contractors, Master Plumbers, Electrical Journeymen, Accredited Interior Designers, and Handymen on our team.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We started as real estate investors, buying, renovating and selling real estate. We actually still do this! We realized we were spending so many money on roll off dumpsters that we decided to purchase our own. We then started to get inquires from being in the industry so long to renovate other investors' properties, haul their construction debris, and/or decorate their homes. Residential homeowners also started to ask us to take on projects in their homes. It was a natural progression to create another entity that would handle these types of jobs for others. Hartfield Complete Services was born!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We mostly work with real estate investors and residential customers. Our typical client is a homeowner who is looking to remove unwanted personal items from their home or an investor looking to clear construction debris from their property. We also work with HOAs and subdivisions hauling away their bulk items and property management companies for foreclosures and move outs. We are starting to work with small commercial clients with office clean outs and small interior demolition work.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
This project was a difficult one but memorable. We were hired to demolition an interior of a home for a new renovation. The prior owner had so much personal affects that she was unable to move out on time. My team had to help move her out of the house and into her Uhaul while starting the demolition. We managed to successfully complete the project in 3 days and because of our consideration, timeliness, efficiency and trust we built, they ended up hiring us to handle their complete five week renovation project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for a company that you can communicate well with and who presents themselves professionally. This business is full of people just trying to get over on innocent clients trying to solve a problem they have. We care about the work we do and our reputation. We put endless hours into finding ways to make our company a success and keeping our customers happy. We live for their positive reviews and future referrals. We are here to stay and would love to help you!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Listen... are they asking you appropriate questions? Do they sound interested in your project and providing sound advice? Don't always choose the first responder because that may not be the right choice. Also, don't always go with the lowest cost, you get what you pay for in this industry so really talk to your professional and get a sense of what they are doing. Do they provide estimates/invoices by email, do they have a website and social media, have they invested in their business or are they just trying to collect a check from you? Most people reveal themselves in the first few minutes of speaking with them. Good luck and we hope to be able to help you soon!
