What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I do have a rough base price sheet, however every project is different but please feel free to inquire about my prices.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Always ask plenty of questions and make sure that they are prepared and have all the right documentation ready so we can begin the permitting and licensing process. Making sure customer is well educated in owning exactly what they need.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Experience sometimes is all you need. ;)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Previous employer had me doing 3 jobs for the price of one. Figure since I know the business really well and was good at what I was doing that I would take a chance and give it a try. So here I am, with my own business happier than ever.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Business Owners, Home Owners, Investors, Contractors, Project Managers and more. All clientele in need of permits, licenses, special events permitting and more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Special Events Permitting would be my number one favorite its always a challenge and to see the event come to life after all your hard work getting that permit it pays off. Also Business licensing, once you get all licenses and go through all the procedure and seeing the grand opening to a new business brings joy to know I was able to help that dream come true.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I am friendly and easy to work with. My rates are fair compared to competitors and I provide fast, reliable and dependable service throughout Miami-Dade and Broward county. Just be careful with scammers, do you research, ask for references and be aware of un licensed portraying to be someone they're not.
