DH demolition is based on project size and square footage DH junk removal is based on the location and items to be removed DH offers military discounts ,senior citizen discounts , veterans discounts, property investor discounts

In working with new customers it is very important for us to explain step-by-step the process of the services that will be provided Also by being on time Letting the clients know that their time is valuable to us Making them feel comfortable with the process whether this is for their home , business or investment property

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We actually got started in early 2007 before the recession working with banks and property preservation companies Over the years have expanded to junk removal and demolition services

We have worked with a variety of customers over the years anywhere from the individual homeowner , property investors, real estate agents and commercial high-rise building management, healthcare facility directors

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently we did a very large project In the heart of Buckhead at the Darlington apartment building this 18 story building with 648 units we removed and hauled away stoves and refrigerators This project took this approximately 20 days

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would definitely tell any customers searching for either junk removal or demolition services to first ask for proof of insurance and business licensure next refer to the reviews customer satisfaction is definitely a very important part of this business and acquiring references from previous customers and showing pictures of previous work

One of the main questions that customers should definitely think through before talking to a professional should be about their budget And secondly project size knowing exactly what needs to be done with a Decisive plan
