Introduction

We are a compassionate and extremely trustworthy business. We have been in business for 5 years with the same core crew. We do everything for small load removal to full hoarder and property clean outs. We also do demolition. We do full property strip outs, take down small buildings and sheds and well as selective demo.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We charge based on contents and condition. Can things be donated? Are there items that we need to pay per piece to get rid of? We have a few trailers that we charge a flat rate for and also on some jobs we charge labor depending on conditions and size of job. It's best to communicate with me and give me the most information possible to come up with a removal cost.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We like to have a conversation over the phone and get as much information about the situation and job. Many times we will determine that it's best for us to go to the location to quote on the spot. We then work with the potential client to offer suggestions about the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have cleaned out houses, full properties, garages, hotels and businesses. We have also removed trailers, campers, sheds, buildings and vehicles. We have pretty much done it all and on all scales.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Started the business 5 years ago with a borrowed truck and an idea. We started with small jobs and have grown to huge property and business Cleanouts. We still love the small single loads and 1 day jobs as well.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with buyers and sellers of homes, real estate agents, banks etc. We also work with large commercial companies for larger scale jobs (hotels, retail, etc).

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The best advice we can give is to go through your items and have items you want to keep separated. Also be as descriptive as possible when describing the work. Photos and lists are always great. Compare pricing, it’s typically better to go with a smaller company rather than a big franchise. We typically come in about 60/70% of the cost of the large national companies

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers should think about what their expectations are. Where and how they want their items taken and the timing of their project etc.
