What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I’ve been on the industry for years. I used to own a fraction of a big business and now remodel plus exist cause I wanted to make sure the quality control and all steps are entirely been done by me. Since the business is “relatively” new, my logistic costs are way lower than company’s that offer same or even less costumer service and quality control!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Remodel Plus is a relationship based company. Think of my as a friend who will help you through your project. The best option for me, will be the ones that fits you better! That’s why I’m here for!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Unfinished bachelor on Civil Engineering, many courses and training programs of all kinds on the construction industry, from safety, customer service, quality control to sales!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Since I was a teenager! Always on the construction industry my whole life

What types of customers have you worked with?

Honestly, all ages, all genders, all sorts of different groups!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Took us 3 days to refinish entirely a deck, including big rot issue solved on the sill plates!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure he’s not gonna move away sometime in the future and provides good service, no cutting corners.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The viability of the project.
