What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a brief consultation (phone, email, or in person) to understand your needs, goals, and expectations. This helps us determine if we're a good fit for your project or service needs. Based on the information gathered, we provide a clear estimate or detailed proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and cost. Once you approve the quote, we’ll finalize an agreement or contract and schedule the project or service start date.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

General Contractor License State of Maryland. Certified Demolition Contractor License. Regularly update my skills through workshops, code update courses, and manufacturer training for new tools, materials, and techniques.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Early on, I worked under experienced professionals who taught me the importance of doing things right the first time—safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail. From there, I built my skills through hands-on experience, formal training, and eventually took on more responsibility, from leading crews to managing entire projects.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t Rush Take your time choosing the right Contractor. Quality work takes time and planning—if someone pressures you to start immediately without proper details, that’s a warning sign.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Be specific. Are you updating for looks, improving function, increasing home value, or fixing a problem? Know your realistic budget, including a cushion for unexpected costs (usually 10–20%). This helps the contractor suggest options that fit your range.
