What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It’s very competitive. We have set pricing for every task so we can quote without even visiting the job. We are that good at quoting jobs!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Verbal estimate, followed by a written proposal/contract. After signing and giving a deposit, we schedule the work. After work is performed, final payment is given, and then a review is requested.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licensed builder and demolition contractor for 15 years. Bachelors degree from Michigan State in Building Construction Management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

During the recession we worked for banks handling foreclosures. We learned every possible demolition application.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, Commercial, and Industrial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Tri-level deck on a large upscale home. It involved aerial work, rigging, manual and machine demo. This 2000 Sq ft decking system was large and intricate, but we handled it with no problem!!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are licensed and insured and have a good reputation!!!

Are you licensed and insured? What is your rate for this task? Are there any hidden “extras”? When are you available? How long will it take? Do you have references?
