What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The cost starts at $100 per load, but can have additional fees depending on the size and the weight of each load we're removing for you. As we discuss the details of your job, I can tell you a more exact pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process is really simple! I need the address for pick up, as well as the date and time you need items removed. We will arrive at the scheduled time and get you taken care of.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started helping family with their clean outs and removing items for them. I genuinely enjoyed doing it, so I researched starting in the business and grew my knowledge and experience. I also enrolled in a cleaning course to provide a wholistic experience for my customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I worked on a yard project and was hired to removed bikes, scooters, and an entire garage worth of items. It took about three hours total. The customer was so happy with our work and the fact that they finally had their yard and garage back. Seeing the difference in their yard through removal all of those items was amazing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at what other customers have been saying about their experience. Make sure it's a company that you are going to feel comfortable with being around your family, home, and items. Work with a company that is going to do everything they can to make it a good experience for you. Things like being on time for your appointment is a great indicator right at the beginning of interacting.

Think over what you are wanting to keep and what you are wanting to have cleared out before hand. Basically just be prepared.
