I decide to open a construction after I move from new York to union city new jersey. looking to succeed and grow giving our best to satisfy our clients spectations.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our most recent project was the renovation of a condo apartment at the Galaxy Towers. The Total renovation of this apt was very challenging caused the clients only gave us 4 weeks to finish the work. - We was asked to provide our liability , workers comp , Vehicle insurance and An Umbrella policy to get the permission to work in this project. -To use the elevators to bring our equipment and materials was needed to reserve the elevator a day before in advance. -Scope of work: We renovated 2.5 Bathrooms, kitchen, hardwood floors, walls, doors, basemolding, crown moldings, New light fixtures, New receptacles, New switches , removal of the popcorn ceiling, plaster and painting.

Always ask for references, liability insurance and the contractor license.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Owners should evaluate not only if the price is right ,but if your contractor own his license or if your contractor carries liability and Workers Compasation policy . Is always good to ask your contractor what materials are included in his quote and if is going to use quality materials for the work. Ask your contractor to disclose in the contract when he is going to start working and when all the work should be done.
