What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is calculated based on a combination of things. We price our projects based on volume and weight of junk being removed and the amount of time to complete the project. We do our best to be competitive and often times will price match and even beat verified quotes from licensed and insured competitors.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Step 1: We receive information and details as to the scope of the project and we will need pictures or come in person to evaluate. Step 2: We provide an estimate. Step 3: We complete the project and exceed your expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been providing junk removal services for over ten years but only 3 years as an official company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We got started by helping friends, family, and neighbors in need of junk removal and demolition services. As word of mouth spread we ended up having enough business to expand and start our own company providing services routinely.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with both residential and commercial customers. Although, a bulk of our work comes from residential customers who need help with large and heavy projects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have completed so many projects it is tough to pick just one. In the end, we are happy to help anyone needing service and are always pleased to exceed our customers expectations. Often times, people do not have the time or resources to clear the clutter and that is when we come in.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Provide as many details and pictures as possible so you can receive an accurate estimate and so their are no surprises. Things that make a difference and affect estimates are: how accessible is the project, flights of stairs, weight, volume, type of junk/debris, and mileage.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Be clear on the cost. Be clear on types of payment accepted. If it is a larger project that comes with some risks, ensure the company you hire carries insurance.
