We give estimates over-the-phone and solidify prices in person. Once our crew shows up, they analyze the volume and scope of the job to determine an exact price. If out price doesn't work with you... DON'T WORRY! Our quotes are no-obligation to you. If the price doesn't work, we will move on to our next job with no penalty or fees for you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The information we need to get a job completed include: - Name - Phone Number - Address - Description of the job on hand!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been doing junk removal full-time for over 3 years - which has made us turn into the highest rated locally owned junk removal in the Triad area!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We first started by selling things online! We moved into junk removal because of how many valuable items end up finding their way to the landfill. Here at TCC Junk Removal, we have a sustainability mission to recycle, resell, and donate as much as we can to reduce our impact on the landfill.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently we took care of a full property cleanout in the Triad, removing 2 full loads within 3 hours. Our crew prides themselves in their speed, work ethic, and professionalism!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Never accept an exact price over the phone. It is difficult to understand the scopes of the jobs we are given. Often times, untrustworthy companies will arrive only to raise their prices after they have given a "low-ball" offer.

- How much stuff do I need removed? - Is there easy access to pick up my junk? - Do I know the jobs exact address? - Does the company I'm using have insurance in case anything goes awry?
