What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet with you in your home for a collaborative client and designer interview. In doing so we are mutually discovering if the project is the right fit for each other. We discuss details such as your goals for the space, your design style, how you will be using the space, what inspires you, your time frame for completion and your budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Thomas Grae is a husband/wife team with a combined experience of more than 30 years in interior design and construction. As the principal designer and general lead contractor we have equivalent work experience in the trade and hold certificates

What types of customers have you worked with?

Over the years, our team members have worked with many homeowners on remodels and custom builds. Past jobs include both commercial and residential projects. We have worked with clients on a wide variety of projects including everything from simple paint selection to custom design-build projects.

Do your research. Use the internet, social media, magazines, HGTV or other interior design media for inspiration for your project. Create a file with pictures of colors, styles and fixtures that you love. Hire a designer or construction professional that listens to your ideas. This is your home. You will be the one living there when your project is done.
