What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is fair and estimated to your specific job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin with a virtual estimate or on-site estimate scheduled with Ron. We then send our clients a proposal with insurance , license, and OSHA 30 certification. Once signed and approved we begin to take the next steps for the pr weather that be scheduling or permitting. Some projects will require a contract and deposit depending on size.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 16+ years experience working on commercial and residential demolition sites. OSHA 30 certified and have training for hazardous waste.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

At the young age of 18 a beloved family member introduced me to the field and I have worked my way up the ladder from laborer, to supervisor, and finally to owning my own business to support my family!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all of our customers as long as we have the information needed to do the job!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We demolished an entire home that was struck by a dump truck in Egg Harbor recently. It was an emergency and we quickly made it to the job and tore down the house and fenced off for safety in a day. We had to go back for permitting to remove the foundation etc. but it always a good day helping families in hard situations!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Trust your gut, make sure they are licensed and insured and know what they are talking about.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should have a budget in mind and be honest and flexible with contractors. With that being said when do you want the project completed? Yesterday, 6 months from now, have a realistic time frame in mind and let contractors know ahead of time for planning.
