Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
At Green Source Junk Removal, we provide clear and straightforward pricing. We also offer free, no-obligation estimates when we arrive. You’ll always know the cost before we begin the job, and the price will remain the same regardless of any circumstances. Our trucks are significantly larger than those used by most local and franchise junk removal services, allowing us to collect more junk at a lower price. We operate 13-foot-long box trucks that can accommodate up to 25 cubic yards of debris (equivalent to 8-10 pickup trucks).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We give you a call or text you. We schedule a free no obligation estimate. We remove all your unwanted junk.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should consider: 1. What is my budget? This helps you understand what you can afford and helps the contractor tailor the project accordingly. 2. What is my timeline? Knowing when you need the work completed allows the contractor to schedule efficiently.
