Introduction

We started off just a single guy doing gravel driveways and has grown into a small group of self selected, loyal, hard working friends dedicated to building their community both literally and metaphorically. We does anything out doors, including enclosing the outdoors into a new build. While we do remodels, frankly we are picky in that area. We are that date you can take anywhere in the construction world. Welding, heavy equipment, new construction but where we got our start was in the dirt. Clearing land, doing fences and building driveways. Give us a shout!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
That I am expensive. Im also usually a booked up several weeks in advance.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
A phone call, followed by a free estimate, followed by a whole lot of in depth discussion about end goals. A reasonable expectation of both cost and time is pretty important.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Most of my formal education is in tiny, home, construction, and FEMA projects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started off as the money guy for a gentleman who was elderly fantastic at this work, specifically remodels. At the time he just needed a financier but as time went on, I got more involved in the day-to-day aspects. He was diagnosed with cancer, and so ultimately I did up with the entire company, and all his responsibilities and duties

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Happy ones.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A recent one??? How about a customer that over a span of four years….we started off simply clearing trees off the customers roof. When she found out, we also did remodeling, it branched into remodeling her great room; that turn into building her a two car detached garage which we ultimately converted into a tiny home for her mother. Becca was desperate take her mother out of a nursing home, so it all worked out for everybody! By the way, I think we’re supposed to go back in six months and paint her house😇

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure you have a contract. And make sure you and your contractor share the end vision of what a successful completion looks like.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
The most important question you should ask yourself is about the allocation of resources. Often customers spend money on what they want, and not spend the money where it’s actually needed in a home. Sometimes you have to simply point out to a customer options or ideas they might not have considered.
