What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Suspected Mold Inspections have a $150.00 Inspection fee that will be deducted from you bill should we be hired. At customer request Air Mold Sampling can be provided: $350.00 for 2 samples plus $100.00 per additional sample. Friable Materials Require Asbestos Testing: $450.00 fee plus tax; up to 8 samples. Additional sampling will see additive charges. After Hours & Weekend Dispatches: $250.00 Emergency Service Call fee plus tax. Price varies on distance from main office location.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We gather basic information; Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Worksite Address. From there we will set a time to inspect the area(s) of concern and get measurements for the work needing to be performed. This information will be taken back to the office to complete an in depth estimate of the project (usually takes 24-72 hours depending on size of job and how busy the estimating crew is). Work can begin prior to estimate being completed if customer approves. A work authorization will need to be signed for anything beyond the inspection to be performed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our Technicians have the following Certifications: IICRC - WRT, FSRT, OCT, ASD, AMRT AHERA Building Inspector (Asbestos) RRP Lead Renovator (Lead)

What types of customers have you worked with?

From High-End Apartments, Old Warehouses, Multi-Million Dollar Homes, Churches, Dorm Rooms, Retail Establishments and Cozy Manufactured Homes; We've seen a lot but are always ready for the next curve-ball!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Go with who you trust the most, Restoration work is priced using software that has set pricing, so the price won't vary wildly from company to company. It's your home, make sure you're comfortable letting someone into it.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are the companies you are considering IICRC Certified, both as a firm and individually in the various areas of restoration services. Only hire professional and certified companies and technicians for your protection and the best results.
