What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Very competitive pricing with an extremely flexible and fast response and install time -- we won't be beat ! We offer discounts to repeat customers as well as customers who are open to material selection - we look to pass the savings to our customers if they are open to exploring material choices from our in-house selection.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically like to understand the material of interest and also review some pictures of the space to help start the discussions. Once we establish a rough timeline, we look to schedule a formal measurement which will allow for us to provide a quote and if we agree, quickly move us to final material selection and scheduling with minimal follow ups.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team has over 50 years of professional field experience in manual countertop fabrication and we are constantly up leveling our use of technology to allow us to produce consistent results in a timely manner and at an affordable cost.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Countertop fabrication and installation has been an evolution of sorts for us. Our roots in property rehab and now focusing on perfecting kitchen and bath remodels allows us to ensure complete installs with plumbing and electrical considerations for a comprehensive experience.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with homeowners, designers, property managers and believe it or not , also some of our competition ( to help them deliver on work they might have over committed to ! )

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't let yourself be rushed ! Always check to see what value add your provider can bring that differentiates them from other providers. Customer reviews are a good starting point but also looking into details around complete level of services and availability to expedite installations are always worth the discussion.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It's always a good idea to know if you are planning to use this opportunity to re-arrange your kitchen layout or if it is locked in place -- if all changes have been considered and the layout is finalized then there is a strong chance that you truly are ready for the countertop discussion !
