The price varies on the size of the job and also if the tub has been previously refinished.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We can do an estimate in person or over e-mail and cellphone. Most people are comfortable e-mailing or texting a photo of their tub, however, if you are not, we can schedule an in-person estimate. We are always happy to explain the process and steps taken before and after the job has been completed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Although we are a new company, we have technicians who has been in the business for over 5 years. Technicians have been trained in this field and are experts, they are knowledgeable about our professional products and the whole process of refinishing, not only tubs but also tiles, re-grouting, and countertops.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are a family-owned business who started this company because we noticed that not a lot of people were aware that replacing the tub is not always necessary. We can save our customers money and leave the bathtubs looking new again.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Sometimes, people have called us saying that it is cheaper to buy the refinishing package at stores, however, it is not a professional job. These quick-fixes can end up costing more in the future. When refinishing a tub, one has to make sure that the products are of quality and that it is made specific for tubs. Many customers have called us asking to refinish their tubs only a few months after they have refinished themselves. The knowledge and quality products are necessary for ensuring a long-lasting result.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Here are some suggestions: 1. What are your qualifications, or experience? 2. What steps will you take to ensure a final quality product? 3. Do you offer warranty, and what does it cover? 4. Do you have references? Also, it is always a good idea to call a couple of different numbers. The cheapest price is not necessarily the best, cheap sometimes means that the company does not have the best product to ensure a lasting refinish.
