What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge $65 per square foot for price tier 1 granites. The size of your project can really determine what the price is because the materials cost changes for each project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The typical process is getting the total sq ft of your project to determine the amount of granite needed. After we get everything measured, you go to a supplier warehouse to look and select the granite you want used for your house. Once selected, we pick up your materials and fabricate your countertops within 7-10 business days.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 15 years in the countertop business

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My grandfather started the company in 1977 and I took over for him in 2009 and have grown every year since. We are passionate about what we do and love to see the smile we put on our customer's face!

Residential, commercial, contractors

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a commercial project. It's been in the works for over 6 months. It was super exciting to be a part of a large-scale project and it turned out great!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always get a contract that tells you what the provider is providing and what you're responsible for. One thing that sets us apart is our fabrication time. We don't think you should have to wait any longer than 7 days to get your countertops installed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Determine a budget before hand, depending on the stone, it can range from $3,000 to $15,000.
