When it comes to pricing, I aim to gather all the information I need before providing an estimate. This ensures that my estimates are accurate, and I strive to stick closely to them. Rest assured, I always provide fair and honest quotes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I begin by templating the area for new countertops and assisting customers with budget considerations. Next, I offer samples or guide them to our showroom to explore our slabs, ensuring the best slab is chosen. Once they've chosen, we collect a deposit and initiate the fabrication process, with installation completed in no less than 5 business days for a seamless and efficient experience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've earned certificates in sales and person-to-person interaction, focusing on understanding customer needs. Most significantly, I've acquired hands-on training in operating all machinery for countertop fabrication. In our family business, my father emphasized the importance of product knowledge. We prioritize experience within our team, ensuring each member brings years of expertise to their respective roles.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've had the pleasure of working with diverse clients, including homeowners seeking kitchen and bathroom countertops, as well as custom tables. My experience extends to collaborating with contractors on new construction and remodeling projects. Additionally, I've successfully completed commercial ventures, including projects for a daycare facility and a restaurant.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One project involved calacatta gold quartz kitchen countertops with a stunning waterfall edge. The contractor asked for a quick installation. The process began on Wednesday, with customers selecting the quartz. By Thursday, we templated the kitchen and fireplace surround, and on Friday, we completed fabrication in the morning and installed the countertops in the afternoon, showcasing efficiency without compromising quality.

I recommend thoroughly reviewing a provider's previous work and checking for reviews. Ensure they are a legitimate business with insurance coverage.
