What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The price is per square foot and includes template, production and installation. For works over 20 square feet the under-mount, stainless steel sink is free. (Pre-selected models, shown in advance)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually we go to the client's house, take the measurements, if the client has not defined the material / color we show the samples of materials we have, after choosing the material we give the estimate and tell how long it will take to produce and instal. When the work is confirmed we make a template and start production, Usually we send photos and video of the slab and the production so the client can follow the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

15 years of experience working with granite, marble and quartz.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Leandro was an employee working in the production of another company, he started to do his sales there, (with the authorization of his boss). His care with sales and production was so great that he stood out for the quality that the volume of service grew and today he has his own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, homeowners, contractors, commercial, any one who needs our help.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always look for the quality of the material and the service.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What color? What is the meterial? Will you keep the same sink or will it be a new one? Will the faucets be the same? Backsplash: normal 4 ”or made to measure? What kind of edge? Need to remove the old counter? Is there a place to dispense the old counter?
