What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is fair and honest — no hidden fees or surprises. I usually give a free estimate first, and we go over the cost together so it all makes sense. If the job grows, I’ll explain why and adjust it openly. You’ll always know what you’re paying for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we talk — I listen to what the customer needs, ask a few questions, and give honest feedback. If we’re a good fit, I give a clear estimate, schedule the work, and stay in touch through the whole process. No surprises.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Most of my skills come from hands-on experience — years of real jobs, real homes, and real challenges. I’ve also worked alongside experienced pros and learned every trick in the book for drywall, trim, painting, and repairs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always loved working with my hands — fixing, building, improving. It started with helping friends, then word-of-mouth grew fast. One day I realized — this should be my full-time thing. That’s how Miskora started

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with homeowners, landlords, property managers — even small businesses. Some know exactly what they want, others just say “can you fix this?” and I take it from there. I’m easy to talk to and always work around your needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently helped a family in Brentwood redo their basement drywall and trim after a water leak. Took us 3 days — patched everything, clean finish, and they were ready to paint right after. The best part was seeing their reaction. Felt great!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always ask questions and don’t be afraid to ask for examples of past work. The best pros won’t rush you, and they’ll explain things clearly. It’s your home — you should feel 100% confident with who you hire

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think about what exactly you want done, what your timeline is, and if you have a budget in mind. Photos help a lot too. The more info you have, the better we can help you right from the start.
