What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Basic guidelines to follow in the planning process for the installation of new granite and/or quartz countertops. 1) A date and time should be scheduled for an advisor of our company to come to the project location, take measurements and have a conversation with the owner about the overall topics related to the replacement and/or installation of the countertops, such as: A) Granite vs Quartz or other materials pros and cons. B) The expected time of action for our team to complete the job. C) The difference between a normal joint and a miter joint if a Waterfall should be installed. D) What happens with existing countertops, is there a fee to demo and disposal. E) Photos, videos or samples of various colors and textures will be shared. l The first visit should take 15 to 30 Minutes and will be non-invasive, meaning that normal activities will not be interrupted. 2) A job proposal (quote) will be sent via email and if both sides agree to the terms, price and conditions a new visit will be rescheduled for the verification of measurements. 3) Second Visit: The advisor will revisit the job location with a shop technician to verify all measurements and speak about the details of the work and answer any questions. At this time a deposit is required and a date for Installation should be discussed and agreed upon and scheduled. 4) Fabrication: The fabrication process begins in our shop. Some details of the fabrication will be done onsite the day or days of the installation. 5) Installation: At the time of this visit our team will demolish and remove old countertops and sinks, install the new countertops and sinks: Revise Measurements, Install the tops, seal all sides adherent to the walls or seams, clean and present the job done to the client. 6) The advisor and the team lead will walk the area with the client and answer any questions. Photos and/or videos of the finished job will be taken. 7) The job is done and the final payment will be collected. Thank you for your assistance and participation!
