Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We are very competitive with pricing and offer senior and military discount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Typically I would come to your home where the project is. I will provide some countertop samples for you to look at and go over your wants and needs. I'd provide you an estimate while I'm there or later in the afternoon. Answer any questions you may have until you are ready to move forward with the rest of the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
All training has been in the field learning as I go

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I had a friend back in 2009 who offered me a job, and I took it. Then, in 2014, I opened my own countertop business. I enjoy doing countertops because it gives me something different every day to do. Everyone's needs, wants and visions are different

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All types. From someone flipping a home, doing a remodel, adding an outdoor BBQ, someone looking to replace a shower surround to new construction. All different types and price range from low to high end.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
New construction home. From final measurment to job completion. About 3 weeks. Average is roughly 2 weeks from final measure

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Check the contractors response time to you. If you don't like how quickly they respond over a few questions. Move along, cause it won't change through your project.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What possible material type and colors they are looking for. All questions can likely be answered at site visit
