Q&A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We like to make sure our estimates are as close to our final quote as possible. We ask for customers to provide rough measurements if convenient for them, or will schedule a no obligation visit to take measurements. We will never just look at your space without taking measurements to give you an estimate. We pride ourselves on giving accurate expectations from the start. We will guide you through the process, help you choose material, and make sure you are satisfied from start to finish.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I’ve had excellent training from seasoned stone installers prior to starting my own business. I come from a management background as well as having experience in construction. I have the communication skills along with the understanding of construction schedules to make sure that I’m making my customers feel informed and confident throughout the installation process.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve been in business since 2017. Prior to that I have had both managerial positions as well as construction experience specifically in the field of paving.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Stone countertops are an investment. It’s often difficult and expensive to make changes once your countertops are installed. Make sure that you have a sink picked out that you’re happy to have long term.
