What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The rough quote is most of the time the final quote. We don’t add any additional fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Firs I would like to talk with the customer and see what he want. Then for giving him a quote I need some rough measurements and the color of the material that he likes. If he doesn’t know the color, I will give him some warehouses to visit where he can see the options. After the quote I will come in person and take the final dimensions and start the fabricated process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We work for the last 3 years exclusively with countertops. We did lots of commercial jobs

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I get started working for one of my friend who has the biggest countertops shops from Seattle area

What types of customers have you worked with?

We worked with all kinds of customers: contractors, builders, designers, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of the recent projects it was a large kitchen. We did the countertops, we did an extension for the kitchen island cabinets, we did the tile backsplash and we repainted all the cabinets. It took us 2 weeks

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We can do all kinds of jobs. Small jobs, big jobs, comercial, residential. We have the best prices for materials and labor. We can guarantee the quality. We work with the latest technology.
