What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing of $50 is for our standard service that is above and beyond the industry standard. We are open to negotiations based on your businesses needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically start all new customers off with a quick 15 to 30 minute call to learn more about your business. The next steps are to set up a 1 hour (or more if needed) consultation meeting where we can take a deep dive into your books. Once we all agree on the scope of work, we jump into action to help you and your business focus on revenue generating task.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the WP Carey School of Business. Platinum Tier for QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program - benefits: premium phone and chat supports for QuickBooks product specialists, QuickBooks training materials for clients. Numerous other QB training certifications.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My passion for finances comes from watching my Father's successful career as CFO of a leading retail store. My sister also followed suite, so naturally I progressed my career in accounting and I have spent the last seven years as a lead accountant for a local company. My accounting education comes from ASU where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at W.P. Carey School of Business. My decision to move from corporate America comes from my passion to help businesses owners fully understand their numbers to cut cost and allocate their revenue to further grow their business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers with all different size businesses. We specialize in small to medium size businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a client where the ex CFO was embezzling money and there were all sort of incorrect transactions in the QB Desktop Company File. I spent three weeks meeting in person and fixing their 2019 and 2020 financials so that the CPA could complete taxes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you pick someone that you connect with. I believe there are a lot of talented people, but not everyone is a good fit to work together.
